Filet Crochet Workshop - Saturday 16th March (morning)

Filet crochet makes stunningly beautiful lace items but it is easier than it looks!

Learn to use a fine crochet hook and follow a filet crochet chart with us.  Filet Crochet uses treble crochet, or extended treble crochet stitches in combination with chains to make a grid with spaces and filled squares to create the pattern.  Traditionally made with a steel crochet hook and thread. You may need your glasses for this!

This course is for those who already crochet, but have never tried Filet Crochet.

You will need a small crochet hook, 1.75mm we will supply yarn and a worksheet.

The workshop runs from 10:30 to 12:30 in our friendly shop at 8a East Street, Ware, SG12 9HJ.

Tutor: Diana Bensted of The Crochet Chain.
