Refund policy

Returns
You may return your order any time up to 14 days after the order was placed except in the case of Workshops which cannot be refunded within 48 hours of the start of the workshop.

To request a refund, you must contact us in writing (by email or by letter to the address below), or by visiting https://shop.cratesofwool.co.uk. The goods must be returned and in a re-saleable condition unopened (e.g. in the case of yarn: unused and unwound/in the original ballband). 

You will be responsible for the original delivery costs, if applicable, and the cost of returning the items to us. We cannot be liable for returned goods which are lost or damaged in transit.

We will refund the cost of the goods to your original payment method within 30 days of the receipt of the returned goods. Please remember that it may take several days for the refund to appear on your statement. If in doubt please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us.
