COVID-19 Update

As you'll be aware, as a business that is not deemed to be an essential service, we have had to close the shop. But after a few days to work out how we could operate under these new circumstances we are delighted to be able to offer you a reduced, but hopefully helpful, mail-order service.

Our mail-order service:

• We will be processing orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
• If you live in Ware or Hertford (or thereabouts) you can choose our new, doorstep delivery service.  We will knock, leave your parcel on your doorstep and move back more than 2 metres.  Delivery by Royal Mail is still an option.

Not all of our stock is on the website but we could be delighted to supply you with what we have so leave a short message on 01920 463436 or (better) email us at info @ cratesofwool.co.uk and we'll get back to you.

Virtual Craft and Chatter Sessions

Rather than getting together in the shop, let's get together online!

We are meeting online every Wednesday and Friday from 2pm using a product called Zoom that allows you to see and hear your friends on a computer.  You will need a computer, tablet or phone with a microphone, but preferably also with a camera.  If you'd like to join in, drop us a line for an invitation,
